SAEF TECHNOLOGY SF-TC300D-8974A-CT is a 3 inch full TFT-LCD display with 240x400 resolution (240 horizontal by 400 vertical pixels array). This model supports MCU 8 bits and 16 bits interface; the supply voltage (VCC) of driving LCD panel is from is 2.5V to 3.3V. Typical value is 2.8V. It can be used in embedded systems, automation, GPS, medical equipment, industrial device, security equipment which requires TFT display in high quality and colorful image.
