128x64 LCD COG Module, Graphic LCD 128x64 Description
SF12864-34 is a COG type graphic LCD module with VA dimension 53.6(L) x 28.0(W). SAEF's COG LCD modules (Chip-on-Glass LCD Module) monochrome display provides graphic type in resolution of 128x32 to 320x240 and COG LCD character types including size of 16x2, 20x2, 20x4, 24x2 formats with 5x8 dot matrix.
The COG package offers high quality with the benefits of light weight, and low power consumption. Also, it is available to add a connection board for each item to change the interface from FPC to pins or cables. We can offer a variety of pin out connections to suit your requirements. The COG LCM technology is very suitable for the applications that demand more compact package displays.
Pin Definition:
1 CS1B Chip select input pins
2 /RES When /RES is set to “L” , the settings are initialized.
3 A0 It determines whether the access is related to data or command.
A0=“H” : Indicates that signals on D[7:0] are display data.
A0=“L” : Indicates that signals on D[7:0] are command.
4 D6 (SCLK)
5 D7 (SDA)
6 VDD Shared with the MPU power supply terminal VDD.
7 VSS This is a 0V terminal connected to the system GND.
8 V0 Bias voltage levels for LCD driving
9 XV0 Negative operating voltage of COM-drivers.
10 VG VG is the power of SEG-drivers
